KOSH OATS ALMOND SHEERA

Ingredients

  • 1/3rd cup Kosh Broken Oats
  • 1tbs ghee
  • 1/4th cup sugar
  • Almonds
  • Water for cooking

Method

  • Heat a pan with 1tbs Ghee
  • Add 1/3rd cup Kosh Broken oats and cook it till the colour changes to brown.
  • Add 1 glass water and cook for 15 min then open and cook till water is absorbed completely.
  • Add 1/4th cup sugar and chopped almonds and cook till sugar water absorbs and it looks cooked.
  • Serve hot
