BAKED KOSH OATS BOWL

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Kosh Broken Oats (powdered)
  • ½ banana (mashed)
  • 3 tbsp honey butter
  • 4 tbsp vanilla essence
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp choco chips
  • 2 tbsp honey (for drizzling)

Method

  • In a mixing bowl, add mashed banana, honey, butter and vanilla essence. Mix it well with a fork.
  • Add oats powder, baking powder and cinnamon powder. Give it a nice mix to make a smooth batter.
  • Then shift the batter in a micro wave safe bowl or mug. Add choco chips on top.
  • Bake it in a microwave oven for 3 minutes.
  • Garnish with banana slices and drizzle it with honey.
