KOSH OATS DIMSUMS

Ingredients

  • 2 Chopped Carrots
  • 1 cup Kosh Oats Atta
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp Tapioca starch
  • 1 cup lukewarm water
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 150 gm boiled crushed vegetables
  • 1 inch ginger, finely chopped
  • 2 til oil
  • 2 tbsp Chinese cooking wine
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp white pepper
  • 3 green onion, finely chopped

Method

  • Take a big bowl, pour Kosh Oats Atta, tapioca starch and salt and mix.
  • Add warm water and keep it for 5 mins.
  • Add oil and make a dough.
  • Take a bowl and mix all boiled vegetables, cooking wine, soy sauce, white pepper powder and ginger till it turns into a thick paste and keep it for 10 mins.
  • To make dumplings, make small rotis from the dough and put some mixture in the centre of roti and seal it.
  • Place the carrot slices in the streamer and place the dumplings on them for 10 minutes and serve them steamed.
