KOSH OATS BANANA BITES

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups Kosh Broken Oats
  • 1 cup dates, pitted and chopped
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas.
  • Stir in the Kosh Broken Oats, dates, oil and vanilla. Mix well and allow to sit for 15 minutes.
  • Drop the mixture by teaspoonfuls onto an un-greased cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 20 minutes in the pre-heated oven, or until lightly browned.
