OATS CABBAGE ROLL

Ingredients

  • Cabbage leaves
  • Kosh Broken Oats -1 cup
  • Chopped carrot -2 tbsp
  • Capsicum -2 tbsp
  • Chopped onions -2tbsp (each)
  • Salt & black pepper-as you like
  • Sugar-1 spoon
  • Oil -2 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup -3 tbsp
  • Cheese – 3 spoon (grated)
  • Butter -3 spoon

Method

  • Boil the cabbage leaves.
  • Take a pan and spread 2 tbsp oil on it.
  • Fry all the vegetables slightly and then mix it with salt, pepper and sugar.
  • Then add Kosh broken Oats and water to it and cook it for about 5 minutes.
  • After the water dries, mix some tomato ketchup and cheese. The mixture is ready.
  • Now take a cabbage leaf, keep some mixture in it and roll it.
  • Now spread some butter on the pan and let the butter melt.
  • Fry the roll on the pan.
  • Serve hot with ketchup.
