KOSH CHOCOLATE COOKIES

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Kosh Instant Oats
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups skimmed milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons
  • Splenda/ Sugar Substitute (as required)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp low-fat peanut butter (optional)

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 180oC.
  • Mash the bananas. Along with the fruit, mix milk and eggs with Kosh Oats.
  • Mix well before adding the remaining ingredients.
  • Grease a cookie tray with 1-cal cooking spray.
  • Spoon the dough on to the tray to make around 9 large cookies.
  • Bake the dough for 20 mins until it turns golden brown.
