KOSH OATS COCONUT VADI

Ingredients

  • Kosh Wheat + Oats atta 1 cup
  • Grated Fresh coconut b 1 cup
  • Sugar 2 cup
  • Butter 3 table spoon
  • Almond 6-8 (garnishing)
  • Green cardamom powder 1 tbsp
  • Rose essence 1\2 tea spoon

Method

  • Heat a pan on slow gas flame add butter then add Kosh Wheat + Oats atta till light brown then add grated fresh coconut and mix it until light brown colour.
  • Then add sugar, green cardamom, rose essence and mix it well. Take it off the heat. (8-10 min)
  • Smear some butter on plate and spread above coconut mixture in a heart shape mould or as per desired shape vadi.
  • Then arrange all vadi in to serving plate.
  • Decorate this with Almond and serve hot.
