Ingredients

  • Kosh Broken Oats - 100g
  • Rawa - 50g
  • Curd - 250g
  • Pomegranate arils from 2 pomegranates
  • Black salt 1/2 teaspoon
  • Common salt 1/4 teaspoon
  • Red chilly powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • Jeera roasted powder 1 table spoon
  • Black pepper 1/4teaspoon
  • Coriander leaves.
  • Green chilly slit one.
  • Pudina chutney.
  • Red tomato sauce
  • Baking soda half teaspoon
  • Raita boondi.
  • Moong sprouts ½ katori
  • 1 medium sized boiled potato

Method

  • Take Kosh Broken Oats and roast it in a wok.
  • Grind oats in a mixi into powder form and mix it with rawa.
  • Mix both in the curd and keep it for sometime.
  • Add half tea spoon baking soda. Mix to form a batter.
  • Bake the batter in the Microwave on high power (10 degree) for 4 minutes only.
  • Once baked, take out the oats cake and cut it into small roundels so as to make bhallas.
  • Now dip them in the curd. Add the required spices - roasted jeera powder, red chilly powder, black salt, black pepper, common salt, coriander leaves and pomegranate.
  • Your healthy and yummy dish is ready!
