Ingredients

  • ½ cup Kosh Instant Oats
  • 1 litre milk
  • ¼ cup seedless dates
  • 60 ml pure honey
  • Chopped pistachios (as needed)
  • Strips of saffron (as needed)

Method

  • Pour milk in a double bottom pan.
  • Allow milk to simmer until it is at half of its original quantity.
  • Stir milk and add dates while stirring.
  • Add oats and honey to mixture. Cook mixture for another 8-9 minutes before letting it cool.
  • Refrigerate mixture once cool.
  • Garnish with pistachios and saffron; serve chilled.
