KOSH OATS RAVA LADDOOS/MODAK

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Kosh Instant Oats
  • 1 cup fine rava
  • 1½ cups powdered Sugar
  • 2 tsp cardamom powder
  • Few roasted nuts and raisins
  • ½ - 1/4 cup ghee

Method

  • Heat some ghee in a non-stick pan for 5 mins on a low flame and roast Kosh Instant Oats and semolina in it. Keep the roasted oats and semolina mix aside.
  • Roast nuts and raisins in ghee for about a minute before adding them to the above mixture.
  • Shape the ladoos/modak from the mixture prepared.
  • Add ghee as required, or sprinkle a little milk to help soften the mixture to shape the ladoos/modak.
