Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Kosh Oats Atta
  • 1 Cup roasted lotus seeds (Makhana/fox nut)
  • 1 Cup roasted oats 2 tbsp rawa (sooji/semolina)
  • 2 Tbsp rice flour
  • 1 Tomato finely chopped
  • 1 Capsicum finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp curd
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as per requirement

Method

  • Grind the lotus seeds and mix with Kosh Oats Atta.
  • Add rawa, rice flour, curd, water and mix well.
  • Keep it aside for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Then add salt and chopped vegetables. Mix well to make a dosa like batter.
  • Heat a nonstick pan, pour a ladle full batter on it, spread like uttapam.
  • Cook for 3-4 minutes and flip another side and cook well.
  • Place on serving plate with coriander chutney or Mulgapudi chutney.
