MADE FROM KOSH OATS ATTA
1/2 Cup Wheat Flour
1/2 Cup Kosh Oats Atta
1 cup khoya (Grated)
1 and 1/2 cup water, warm (60-70 degrees)
10 pista, blanched and chopped into thin pieces
8 almonds, blanched and chopped into thin pieces
Few Saffron strands
6 Tbsp ghee
4 cups sugar syrup
Start with mixing the water, Kosh Oats Atta & wheat flour to form a smooth lump-less batter in a bowl.
Take another bowl and mix the khoya with water together to form a thick batter.
Mix both the batters together to form a lump-less smooth batter of thick consistency.
Now, heat a pan on low flame and melt ghee in it
Add 1Tbsp of the mixed batter in circular motion in the center of the pan of ghee.
Fry the malpua on low heat from both the sides till they turn golden
Drain them from the ghee and then dip in sugar syrup.
After some time take out the malpue from the sugar syrup and layer them in a plate.
Garnish with almonds, pistachio and saffron.
