In a large mixing bowl, Add flour, besan flour, rava, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, ajwain, kasuri methi, coriander leaves and salt. Add water slowly and make a smooth tight dough.
Divide the dough into equal parts and roll it into a circular disc of approx. 3 to 4 inch diameter.
Heat oil in the kadai and once it is hot and not smoking, deep fry the poories on both the side.
