KOSH OATS HONEY MUFFINS

Ingredients for 6 muffin tray

  • 200 gms condensed milk
  • 70 gms butter Vanilla essence
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • Luke warm milk
  • Kosh Oats Atta
  • 1.25 cup
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

Method

  • Beat condensed milk and butter together for few mins.
  • Then add few drops of vanilla essence and honey and beat again for 5 mins.
  • Now seive together Kosh oats Atta, baking powder and baking soda in the wet mix.
  • Depending upon the consistency add milk too it. If the mix already has a folding consistency then we need not mix milk into it.
  • Pre heat the oven at 180° and place cupcakes lining in the tray n pour the batter in each cup.
  • Fill only till half level. Put the tray in the oven for 15 mins at 180° temperature.
  • Healthy muffins are ready to eat.
