KOSH OATS NOODLE SOUP

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Kosh Oats Atta (roasted powdered)
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (finely chopped)
  • 2-3 flakes garlic (finely chopped)
  • ½ tsp Ginger (short, thin strips)
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • Vinegar (to taste)
  • Vegetable oil (as needed)
  • 100g wheat noodles (boiled)

Method

  • For powdered Kosh Oats, roast Kosh Oats For 2-3 Mins. Then cool and grind in a mixer.
  • Grease a non-stick pan and sauté garlic & ginger.
  • Mix in the finely chopped vegetables with 3 cups of water, sauces and salt. Simmer for 12 mins.
  • Add the roasted Kosh Oats (dissolved in ½ cup of water) to the boiling soup. Cook for 2 minutes till the soup thickens.
  • Add pepper, vinegar and boiled noodles. Serve Hot.
