Ingredients

  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tsp onion
  • 1 bowl palak and tomato puree
  • 1/2 tsp mixed spices
  • 7-8 pcs paneer
  • 1/2 bowl kosh instant oats

Method

  • Take 1 cup baby spinach and 1 tomato to make the Puree.
  • Grind it well and make a paste.
  • Add 1 teaspoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of chopped garlic and 1 small chopped onion into a pan.
  • Pour the Paste/Puree to the hot pan with approximately 200 to 250 ml of water (depending upon the kind of thickness required) and mix everything well and let it boil.
  • Add 40 grams paneer to the puree (for 1 serving).
  • Add 3-4 tablespoon of Kosh Oats to the mixture.
  • Cook it well and Kosh Oats Palak Paneer is ready to be served.
  • Garnish it with chilli flakes or coriander if needed.
