KOSH OATS OMLETTE

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Kosh Instant oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 spring onion (green part)
  • 2 tablespoon chopped onions
  • 1 table spoon chopped green chillies as per taste
  • 2 tablespoon chopped capsicum
  • 2 tablespoon deseeded tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoon grated carrot
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Turmeric powder
  • Mixed herbs as per taste
  • 5 tablespoon milk.

Method

  • 1. Mix flour and spices in one bowl.
  • Beat both eggs in another bowl separately.
  • Now mix all the contents and beat till little frothy.
  • Heat some oil in a non-stick pan and put the batter inside once heated.
  • Once batter is half cooked spread chopped veggies on it and let it cook some more.
  • Now change side and cook evenly.
  • Once fully cooked, serve hot.
