PANEER FRIED RICE
MADE FROM KOSH BROKEN OATS.

Paneer Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Kosh Broken Oats
  • ¼ cup of rice grains
  • Water required to cook rice and Broken oats
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp of oil
  • 1 tsp of finely chopped garlic
  • 2 tbsp of finely chopped lower portion of spring onion
  • 2 tbsp of chopped red onion
  • ½ cup cubed paneer
  • 1 small carrot, finely chopped
  • 1 small capsicum, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 tsp red chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp of finely choppedupper portion of spring onion

Method

  • Cook both rice and broken oats separately by adding salt. In both the casesensure to cook it as grains separated. Pan fry the paneer and set aside.
  • Heat oil in the same pan.Add garlic followed by lower portion of spring onion and regular onion. Sauté it well.
  • Add carrot, cabbage and capsicum and toss it in high flame until it is firm and cooked.
  • Add red chilli sauce, soy sauce and black pepper.
  • Add paneer, cooked broken oats and rice. Give a quick Stir and toss well.
  • Garnish the dish with theupperportion of spring onion and serve with a choice of sauce
