Ingredients

  • 2 papad
  • ¾ cup Kosh Instant Oats
  • 1 cup cornflakes
  • ¾ cup boiled chickpeas
  • 1 medium potato (boiled and cubed)
  • ½ cup cucumber (chopped)
  • ½ cup tomato (chopped)
  • 1 green chilli (finely chopped)
  • Few sprigs cilantro (finely chopped)
  • ¼ tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice Salt to taste for garnishing
  • 6 tbsp coriander chutney
  • 6 tbsp tamarind date chutney
  • Few pomegranate seeds

Method

  • Heat a tawa on medium flame.
  • Cut the papad into two pieces and roast it on tawa on medium flame from both sides.
  • Take that papad out on the kitchen towel and immediately roll it into cone shape.
  • Dry roast the oats on medium heat till it turns light brown and crispy.
  • Let it cool completely.
  • Now, mix the oats and cornflakes in a bowl.
  • Mix in veggies and chickpeas with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
  • Fill the papad cone with prepared mixture one by one.
  • Serve immediately.
