Ingredients

    For Dough:
  • 1 cup Kosh Oats + Wheat Atta
  • 2 tsp oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Required water to make dough
    For Stuffing:
  • ½ cup Rajma, soaked over night
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp amchur powder
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves

Method

    For Making Dough:
  • In a wide bowl, mix Kosh Oats + Wheat Atta, salt and oil.
  • Add water slowly to make a soft and stiff dough.
  • Knead well for 5 minutes. Set aside by covering it by kitchen towel or using a plate.
    For Making the Stuffing:
  • Pressure cook the soaked rajma and drain the water.
  • Grind it to paste and mix red chilli powder, salt, amchur powder and coriander leaves. Mix well.
  • Divide the stuffing into equal sized balls and set it aside.
    For Rolling Paratha:
  • Divide the dough into equal number of balls.
  • Roll the dough ball into a small circular disc of 4 - 5 inch diameter.
  • Place the rajma balls in the centerand gently pull the edges to seal it. Pinch off the excess dough if any during the sealing process.
  • Pat it, with the help of flour, roll again to a round paratha. Repeat this step for the remaining dough and stuffing.
  • Heat the skillet / tawa/ dosa pan. When it is hot, smear the surface with oil and place the paratha, turn on to cook both the sides. smear oil whenever required.
  • Serve with raita.
