  • Makes 12 rotis

Ingredients

  • Wheat flour –1 cup and a little more(150gms)
  • Oats flour–A little more than ½ cup(50gms)
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as required

Method

  • In a large bowl, mix all the above ingredients . Add water few tablespoons at a time and make a soft dough. Keep aside for 10 minutes covered with a muslin cloth.
  • Prepare rotis by rolling out a large lemon sized amount of dough on a flour dusted surface.
  • Heat a non-stick tawa. Once hot, place a roti and cook till it lightly turns color, flip over and cook the other side till light brown spots form.
  • Serve warm with dal, pickle of your choice.
