KOSH OATS BLACK EYED BEANS STEAMED KEBAB

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Kosh Oats Atta
  • 1 cup boiled and drained black-eyed beans
  • 1 tsp green coriander leaves paste
  • 2 tbsps gram flour
  • Salt and chili powder to taste

Method

  • Mash ¾ cup of boiled and drained black-eyed beans and add to coriander paste, gram flour, and Kosh Oats Atta to form a mixture.
  • Divide the mixture into 8 equal parts.
  • Shape each part into a tikki shape (or any desired shape).
  • Grease an idli stand and place it in a cooker without weight. Steam cook the tikkies for 5-6 minutes in it.
  • Unmold the tikkies and serve with salad, fruit, sauce or chutney of your choice.
