In a large mixing bowl, add kosh Oats + Wheat Atta, bajra flour, besan flour, rice flour, crushed peanuts, green chilli, onion, ajwain, red chilli powder, coriander powder, ginger, 1 tsp of sesame seeds and salt Add water slowly and make a smooth dough.
Let the dough rest for an hour.
After an hour, divide the dough into equal parts.
Spread the clean damp cloth and pat the dough balls in a circular disc with the help of water.
Make holes in center for uniform cooking. Transfer this patted Thalipeeth to the hot tawa/griddle.
Cover and cook both the sides. Use oil for proper cooking.
Once it is cooked both the side, server with curd-based raita and pickle.
