KOSH OATS TIKKI

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Kosh Broken Oats
  • 5 Potatoes
  • 2 chopped green chillies
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  • Salt as per taste
  • Olive oil

Method

  • Boil potatoes in a pressure cooker.
  • Mash the boiled potatoes.
  • Add Kosh broken Oats, onion and green chillies to it.
  • Add pepper, chaat masala and salt and mix all the ingredients.
  • Make 6 round balls of the mixture and heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan.
  • Cook the potato balls on medium flame till they turn golden from one side, then flip them. Sprinkle some oil on it and let it cook from the other side.
  • Serve hot Kosh Oats tikki immediately with mint chutney.
