KOSH OATS VEGETABLE UTHAPAM

100 gm Kosh Broken Oats
2 tbsp thin semiya (broken)
1 cube cheese
Green /red /yellow capsicum (chopped)
1 tbsp Palak (finely chopped)
1 tsp fresh coriander leaves (finely chopped)
1 tsp green chilli (finely chopped)
1 carrot (cut in small cubes)
1 tbsp broccoli (shredded)
1 tbsp onions (finely chopped)
2 tsp tomatoes (finely chopped)
1 tbsp black pepper powder
1 tsp salt
Garam masala powder (as required)
½ tsp olive oil (optional)
1 tsp of butter
Roast Kosh Broken Oats in dry pan and crush the roasted oats in a mixer to form granules of the desired size.
All the semiya to half a cup of water and boil until they soften. Drain excess water, if any.
Mix the cooked semiya well with the roasted and crushed oats, before adding coriander leaves and green chillies to the mix.
Take a dosa pan spread a tsp of butter over the surface. Pour the beaten mix of oats and semiya into a dosa-like form onto the pan.
Top the surface of the batter with the chopped vegetables and pour some butter/ghee on it. Cover it with a lid.
When the uthappam is cooked, grate cheese on top of it.
