Ingredients

  • 1 cup KOSH Oats atta.
  • Mix vegetables (beans, cabbage, capsicum, green peas,)
  • Coriander, Spinach
  • Til seeds
  • Salt as per taste
  • 3 cups Water
  • Cumin seeds (freshly grinned)

Method

  • Take a pan and heat it.
  • Pour 3 cups of water and boil for 5-7min.
  • Add mix vegetables, cumin seeds, salt and 1tsp of oil and when boiling.
  • Then add 1 cup KOSH oats atta, and stir continuously to prevent lump formation. Then make small vada out that dough and steam and season it with coriander, till seeds, green chilli.
  • Serve hot.
