KOSH OATS CHOCOLATE VEG CAKE

Ingredients

  • 1 cup maida
  • 1 cup curd thick
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup Kosh Instant Oats
  • 1/2 cup coco powder
  • 1 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup Tutti fruitti (can add any dry fruits u like raisins,kaju,badam) Kaju n cherries for dressing

Method

  • Soak Kosh Oats Atta in curd for 30 mins.
  • To this curd add oil n mix with spoon or blend in hand blender. Once mix add maida to it n mix.
  • Add choco powder n blend.
  • Add baking powder n baking soda.
  • Grease the baking tray with oil n dust with maida.
  • Coat tutti frutti with maida so that when u mix in batter the tutti fruitti dont subside down.
  • Preheat oven at 180 C for 10 mins.
  • Mix tutti fruitti to batter and put in baking tray.
  • Once oven is preheated put it for 50 mins or till the cake it done.To check if cake it baked put knife or tooth pick in cake. If done it will come out clean or else batter will stick to it.
  • Once the cake is done put in oven for 5 mins in oven later remove n let cook for 1 hr atleast before dressing.
  • Once done can decorate as u like with badam or few cherries on it.
