In a wide bowl, take Kosh Instant Oats, rice flour, curd. Mix it, cover and set aside.
In a kadai, heat oil. Throw mustards seeds, channa dal, curry leaves, green chilli, ginger one by one
and saute till crisp.
Add onion and saute till translucent. Add capsicum, carrot and beans. Saute till the vegetables are
perfectly cooked and soft.
Once the vegetables are cooked well, add this mixture to the bowl where we kept the oats and flour
Slowly add water and make a thick running batter. Finally mix the cooking soda.
Heat Appe pan with 1/4 tsp oil in each appe mould. Pour a ladle of batter in each mould and drizzle
little oil. Cook for few minutes or till the colour changes to golden brown. Flip to cook otherside.
Once it is done, transfer to a plate.
Repeat this step with the remaining batter.
